Information we may collect and process about you:
Information you provide in forms filled out on our website, this includes information you provide when registering an account with us or at a later point. We ask you to fill in a form that tells us your name, contact information, delivery and billing address and billing information. The filling of these forms means you consent for us to use them to an extent necessary to process your order. We keep a record of all billings and shipments made to you along with the grind types and weights of your previous coffees. This record is helpful for solving queries such as if coffee goes missing in the post.
Correspondence sent to email@example.com, firstname.lastname@example.org and/or Jeremy@pumpngrind.co.uk will be kept on record.
If you purchase coffee as a gift for a third party, we will collect and process data regarding the recipient of the gift coffee as well as from you. By ordering for a third party you express to us that you have the explicit consent from the individual(s) whose information you pass onto us.
In order to collate information on the browsing actions and patterns of users on our website we may collect information about your computer, including where possible your IP address, operations system and browser type. This information does not identify any individual (we are not spies just coffee roasters). Data collection of this type is common and necessary to gain an understanding of how our website is used by the public and areas we can improve on.
How information about you (and others) is used:

We have no subsidiaries but in the event that we buy or sell any business or assets we may disclose your personal information to third parties. Similarly if Pump n’ Grind are under duty to disclose your personal data in order to comply with legal obligation or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Pump n’ Grind, our customers or others. This includes the exchange of information with other companies and organisation for the purposes of fraud protection.
